Who We Are

Trinity is a medium-sized, non-denominational Bible church focused on making disciples. We are well educated, theologically literate, and ethnically and generationally diverse with 60 years of meaningful ministry in Richardson.

What Drives Us

Our vision is to build people who follow Jesus and lead others. We are currently re-imagining what it means to do this in the context of 21st century Richardson, north Texas, and the world. We seek a leader to join us in developing and implementing this vision.

Our “Jerusalem”

Richardson, Texas, is a “first-ring” Dallas suburb, technology hub, foodie city, and great place to live and work. A city full of innovation and growth, it is ethnically diverse with excellent options for education and a wide range of housing opportunities.

Our Ideal Candidate

We want a leader with the credibility and spiritual authority that comes from authentic discipleship to Jesus and who has a strong desire to see people come to know God. He will have expertise in outreach and evangelism. He will love people by exhibiting excellent people skills, and he will serve people through strong administrative abilities. He will have solid theological education (Masters preferred) and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience leading in a local church or a parachurch ministry focused on outreach and evangelism.
